Electroplating and Finishing

Electroplating has become a specialized science. We are constantly looking into the latest in new equipment and chemical baths to improve the finish of our parts. We offer nickel and zinc plating.

Prior to electroplating, we offer three different types of burnishing to polish your parts in the best possible technique. We offer traditional barrel polishing, vibratory finishing, or high energy vibratory polishing. In any of these methods, we can burnish in either steel balls or ceramic, depending on your end use for the product. There is also different size media that we use, based on the size of the part.

Because of our dedication to the environment, we completely treat all of our rinse water and effluent in-house. Our state-of-the-art wastewater treatment system surpasses all codes and regulations, and provides our employees, friends, and families with clean water and a clean environment.
