Metal StampingOur metal stamping department is fully equipped with modern high-speed presses ranging from 5 to 125 tons. |
Electroplating and FinishingOur Electroplating department is equipped to polish custom parts by barrel-tumbling, vibratory finishing, or high-energy rotary finishing. We then barrel electroplate in both nickel and zinc. |
Screw MachiningOur Screw Department features 16 different machines in 5 different styles including single spindle Traubs, Indexes, and multi-spindled Davenports. |
Tool and Die DepartmentOur modern Tool and Die department is equipped for CNC milling and wire EDM cutting as well as all typical machining capabilities. |
Wire Forming and CoilingWe offer CNC wire-forming, spring coiling and four-slide forming from .010" to .125" diameter wire. |

All work is done in our facility in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. We have been in business for over 60 years and offer state-of-the-art equipment to help produce your product quickly and efficiently.
Our Product Design Department team has extensive knowledge of design engineering, tooling production, machining techniques, and is fluent in Cadkey and Solidworks. Our engineering staff averages over 20 years experience each and are very involved with the designing and production of your part.
