Metal Stamping

With over 60 years of experience, The Worth Company offers metal stamping for a variety of industries. Our pressroom is fully equipped with 25 different presses in 5 different styles such as high speed, OB, Arbor and Hydraulic presses. The tonnage ranges from 5 to 125 tons. We typically stamp out parts using brass, steel, stainless steel, aluminum and copper materials.

From the layout of your part to the making of the die, we have very experienced Product Designers and skilled Tool and Die makers. They can determine the best material to use in the making of the die and which press would be the most efficient in running your parts.

With our full time Tool Department, any concerns or changes that come up during the running of the part, can be addressed immediately to avoid any unnecessary down time. We are able to make progressive dies, compound dies, or even 'multiple-up' dies, depending on the size of the part.

After parts are stamped out, we then offer heat-treating, burnishing, electroplating, and painting services.
