Screw Machining

Our Screw Department features 16 different machines in 5 different styles. They range from simple machines, like the Traubs and Indexes to more sophisticated machines like the Davenports.

These machines are able to work with square, hex or round material in either steel, copper, brass or aluminum.

The machines capabilities are cross drilling, broaching, drilling, slotting, tapping, knurling, reaming and milling.

Common parts that can be made from these machines are rivets, stand offs, bushings, spacers, pins, stepped pins, air line fittings and shafting.

After parts are made, we have the capability of heat treating, burnishing, and nickel or zinc plating.
