Tool and Die Department
Our Tool and Die Department consists of 5 experienced Tool and Die makers as well as support staff such as machinists and apprentices. We use state-of-the-art machinery and we are constantly upgrading this department to make sure that we have all the newest available equipment to make your part timely and efficiently. With the state of the art machinery, we are able to make all tooling and dies in-house. This ensures complete control in pre-production, actual production, and virtually eliminates down time.
Some of the capabilities that we have in our Tool and Die Department are CNC milling, wire EDM capabilities, and all the typical machining capabilities.
