Wire Forming and Coiling
Our Wire Forming Department features four-slides, CNC spring coiling and high-speed traditional spring coiling to make different types of wire forms.
Our machines are able to handle wire in steel, stainless steel, brass, copper and galvanized. We can accommodate wire up to .125" (3.175mm) diameter.
We specialize in producing key rings, split rings, jump rings, springs, and other coiled wire forms. We offer continuous-hearth heat treating for high-tolerance hardening of steel and stainless steel.
